Coronation Mayonnaise Fit For Any Queen

We do love a little bit of history here at Rich Sauces.  When we’re not busy pondering where the last 28 years went since we first opened our doors, we like to delve into fantastic foodie facts for some inspiration.  This is how we learned that the first coronation mayonnaise was made for the banquet of the coronation of Queen Elizabeth a whopping 60 years ago.

Whilst our coronation mayonnaise recipe may differ slightly to the one made back in 1953, you can bet it is every bit as delicious and certainly fit for royalty. In fact, this fabulous flavoured mayonnaise won a Great Taste award in 2012.

The Crowning Glory For Many a Dish

Coronation mayonnaise is a very versatile flavoured mayonnaise to have in your kitchen.  Mixed with chicken and sultanas, it makes a wonderful coronation chicken perfect for salads, jacket potato toppings and sandwich fillings.  Mayo mixes such as this are great for managing portion control and profits and give your customers a menu option that they’ll know and love.  Why not substitute coronation mayonnaise in your coleslaw for a unique twist?

Profitability and building a great reputation are what it is all about when running a successful kitchen. Our flavoured mayonnaise products give you lots of scope for developing winning menus that deliver on taste and popularity with your patrons.  As one of the leading wholesale mayonnaise suppliers in the industry we give you premium quality catering supplies that you can trust.

Invest in wholesale mayonnaises that deliver on consistency, taste and value.  Rich Sauces coronation mayonnaise is just one example of the fine products we have to offer our customers.  For inspiration, ask us about our presentation kitchen or request some free samples.

I am 3rd generation sauce man, so the business is in my blood. Does that explain my low cholesterol? My principal role is marketing manager of Rich Sauces but I also regular help with testing, sampling, any general duties are gladly undertaken.
