What’s It All About Alfee? 

Things are really hotting up at Rich Sauces HQ as we plan for the imminent launch of the Alfee’s range of sauces and mayonnaises. 

The Alfee’s range takes its name from the legendary founder of the Rich Sauces brand; Alfee Kells. We owe a lot to Alfee.  After all, it was his real mayonnaise that helped to make the Rich Sauces name what it is today and we are proud to dedicate an entire range of products in his honour.  Who knew that just one amazing family recipe would result in the creation of one of the leading sauce makers in the industry today?

The Alfees range of catering supplies has been developed with the economic challenges that kitchens face on a daily basis in mind.  Each recipe has been painstakingly cost engineered to ensure our customers get the best value without compromising on quality or price.  Alfees stands up to other sauce and mayonnaise brands when it comes to flavour and consistency and yet offers a more cost effective solution for the kitchen looking to maximise on profits whilst offering great tasting food and service.

All Alfee’s products are manufactured at our state of the art BRC Grade ‘A’ accredited site so you can be assured of freshness, quality and the highest standards in food hygiene.  As leading mayonnaise suppliers, we wanted to produce a range which borrowed from the Rich Sauces reputation for excellence and quality but which also stood out in terms of price and profitability.  We think the Alfee’s range is the perfect result.

Watch out for Alfee’s flavoured mayonnaise, ketchups, curry sauces and a gluten-free gravy. Each recipe has been lovingly crafted and perfected by our dedicated chefs and is available in a range of catering sizes.

I am 3rd generation sauce man, so the business is in my blood. Does that explain my low cholesterol? My principal role is marketing manager of Rich Sauces but I also regular help with testing, sampling, any general duties are gladly undertaken.
