- Rib and Wing Sauce 100 grams
- Pork900 grams
Metodology
Step 1 :Seal the loin fat side down in a hot pan to render the fat (The crispier the better)
Step 2 :Then cook in an oven at 160c for 2 hours or until juice run clear
Step 3 :Pour the sauce over the loin for the last 10 minutes to Caramalize
Step 4 :Leave the meat to rest for 20 minutes and its ready to slice or pull
